included in this industry are establishments primarily engaged in
manufacturing starch from other vegetable sources (e.g., potatoes,
wheat). Establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing table syrups
from corn syrup and other ingredients, and those manufacturing starch
base dessert powders, are classified in Industry 2099.
