Levy of provisional duty
The Central Government may in accordance with the provisions of sub-section(2) of section 8B of the Act, impose a provisional dutyon the basis of the preliminary findingsof the Director General: Provided that such duty shall remain in force only for a period not exceeding two hundred days from the date on which it was imposed.   |
