Preliminary findings
1. The Director General shall proceed expeditiously with the conduct of the investigation and in critical circumstance, he may record a preliminary findings regarding serious injury or threat serious injury. 2. The Director General shall issue a public notice regarding his preliminary findings. 3. The Director General shall send a copy of the public notice to the Central Government in the Ministry of Commerce and in the Ministry of Finance.   |
