Graph 4: Electronic Hardware

  • The Electronic Hardware Technology Park (EHTP) shall be entitled to the following facilities:
    • Net Foreign Exchange as a Percentage of Exports (NFEP) positive in five years.
    • No other export obligation for units in EHTP.
    • Supplies of Information Technology Agreement-I items, having zero duty in the domestic market, to be eligible for counting of export obligation.
