Anti-Dumping Duty - New Designated Authority Appointed
G.S.R. No. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. GSR 4(E) the Central Government hereby appoints Smt. Rathi Vinay Jha, Chairperson, India Trade Promotion Organisation as designated authority for the purposes of said rules, until further orders.
